Your First Visit
At your initial visit, you can expect:
- Thorough review of your medical and dental history
- Oral cancer screening
- Comprehensive periodontal evaluation
- Evaluation of your teeth and bite
- Facial esthetics evaluation
A treatment plan, including the recommended type of cleaning necessary, will be provided after a thorough examination and assessment of your x-rays. A recent set of x-rays is necessary to determine an accurate diagnosis. Should you need to return for a more lengthy consultation about your treatment options, we will invite you to return at no cost.

Financial Information
The prevention plan and treatment we recommend is based on your dental health needs, regardless of any insurance policy. We will help prioritize any recommended care to align with your family’s budget and your insurance options. The total cost of treatment is due the day of your appointment, regardless of insurance coverage.
If you have dental insurance:
Please provide us with your complete dental insurance information. We will determine the services that are covered and we will submit all completed treatment to your insurance carrier to assist you in obtaining your benefits.
We offer three methods of payment:
- Cash or Check
- Credit or Debit card
- CareCredit - a third party financial institution.
